CLASSIFIED ADS PRICES
HOW TO PLACE A CLASSIFIED AD WITH AFACERI POLIGRAFIC/GRAPHIC ARTS BUSINESSES

Classified Ads placed within AFACERI POLIGRAFICE / GRAPHIC ARTS BUSINESSES will appear on the AFACERI POLIGRAFICE Web site, as well as in the next available issue of the printed magazine.

Here's how to place your classified ad within AFACERI POLIGRAFICE

• Create your classified ad: Write your ad copy. Let us know what "classified advertising section" you intend to use. You can also check our GENERAL INFORMATION: 
  If we don't currently show the section you want, please suggest one since we are quite flexible.
  Send us your ad via e-mail success@afaceri-poligrafice.ro  or call us (004-0723 311 001) for details.
• Billing: Charges for Classified advertising for every 18 words is of 32 RON VAT included (for exchange rates please visit an external website: www.curs-valutar.ro), or a double charge for a bordered advertising which will be placed in front of ordinary advertising. We accept cash. If you prefer to be invoiced, please send us your complete company name, and address. If you prefer a fax bill, please let us know your fax number. We can also issue a bill via e-mail.
   

  Special conditions: The Classified Ads would be free of charge to the Romanian companies publishing less than 36 words if these companies do not usually sell or promote equipment or supplies, and if the seller or renter publishes the prices in their ads.
  There are always a few advertising sections free of charge:
  - Wanted of managing activities
  - Wanted of jobs
  Free of charge ads are available only for companies registered in Romania.
  Next sections are always on cost:
  - Bad debtors list (under this section only bordered advertising are available)
  - Services
  - Auctions
  - Business opportunities.
  All ad sections are listed in the last page.
  If you want to be sure that your ad will be published without any restriction, or at a certain date, you'll have to pay:
   

  for a 18 words advertising - 32 RON VAT included (for exchange rates please visit an external website: www.curs-valutar.ro) for a 36 words advertising - 64 RON VAT included (for exchange rates please visit an external website: www.curs-valutar.ro) etc.

  Bordered advertising is double charged (extra costs: + 100%) and it will be located in front of ordinary advertising, and for background in yellow 60% the cost will become double again.

  
   
• Prepayment: Once you've received our billing information, or if you have already estimated the fee, we expect your pay order to AFACERI POLIGRAFICE Srl. account no (EUR COD IBAN): RO44RZBR0000060002406947 RaiffeisenBank S.A. filiala Decebal, and send us the pay proof (the pay order copy certified by your bank) at fax: (004) 021 347 29 71 and do not forget to include your order, the announce to be published, and your company details that we need for sending you by mail the invoice: name, mail-address, fiscal code, trade register number, account, bank.
  You can also pay cash to AFACERI POLIGRAFICE, Bd. Energeticienilor 8, Bucharest 3, ROMANIA.
• Once we have received the money, we will post your classified ad on the AFACERI POLIGRAFICE Web site and in the next printed issue of AFACERI POLIGRAFICE magazine.

Four special lines under the regular space allotted to the display of cover 4 are reserved to suppliers of the magazine who wish to use them. The price for each line is 87 EUR.

Additional costs:

• for special position: + 10%
• for process work: + 10%
• for full page (170 mm x 240 mm): 1/1 size +10%

Sliding down scale of prices:

• for sequential or simultaneously issues:
  2 issues - discount 5%
  3 issues - discount 7%
  4 issues - discount 9%
  6 issues - discount 12%
  
• 5% discount for integral payment previous to all issues ads.

REQUIREMENTS AND THE PRICE LIST FOR INSERTS

• Inserts will be supplied by the customers
  maximum sizes: 168 x 238 mm/sheet: 457 eur the first sheet (2 sides) and 227 eur each any additional sheet (2 sides).

  Inserts can also be sewed in the magazine, in which case the cost of insertion will be increased by 10 percent
  

  Important:
  Before printing the inserts we have to agree about the exact printed copies to be fulfilled and also about the date when your advertisement will arive in the hands of the addressees.

• Banner and Web site to be supplied by customer.
  We offer free of charge banner on AFACERI POLIGRAFICE site for any company publishing a display advertising (covers, 1/1 - 1/16 size or insert) on the same issue of the printed magazine:
  BANNER 220 x 110 pixels for any cover
  BANNER 150 x 60 pixels for any other size or insertion in the printed magazine.
• Prepayment: Once you have received our bill information or if you have already estimated the fee, please send your pay order to AFACERI POLIGRAFICE Srl. account no (EUR COD IBAN): RO44RZBR0000060002406947 RaiffeisenBank S.A. filiala Decebal, and send us by fax: (004) 021 347 29 71 the pay proof (the pay order copy certified by your bank) and do not forget your order including your advertising display, and your company details necessary for mailing you the invoice: name, mail-address, fiscal code, trade register number, account, bank.
